Most people buy cheap pans and then wonder why food sticks or cooks unevenly. Then they buy slightly better pans and suddenly cooking feels easier. We sit in that second category. Not the cheapest option and not the most expensive either. Just cookware that works well and lasts a long time. That’s why our MasterClass premium cookware is what people look for.

7 MasterClass Cookware Worth Having in Your Kitchen
We have been making kitchen equipment since 1850. Over 170 years of refining what works and cutting out what does not. Today, our cookware is sold across dozens of countries and carries some of the longest guarantees you will find on non-stick cookware anywhere.
Your First Pan Should Be This One: Cast Aluminum Non-Stick Frying Pan (28cm)
Cast aluminum is not the same as regular aluminum. Regular aluminum bends and warps easily especially at high temperatures. Cast aluminum is poured into a mould and set under pressure so it comes out much denser and stronger. That density is why this pan heats so evenly. No thin spots where things burn and no cold edges where food just sits there not cooking.

The 28cm size is neither the smallest nor the biggest. It is the size that works for almost everything. A chicken breast does not feel lost in it and a full stir fry does not feel cramped. Most people use the same pan for 90% of their cooking and this is the one to pick for that job.
- Works on gas, electric, ceramic halogen and induction hobs, thanks to the stainless steel base we add to the bottom
- Chemical-free non-stick coating that lets you cook with very little oil without food sticking
- Reinforced speckled interior with anti-scratch properties built to handle daily use
- Dishwasher safe and backed by our 25-year guarantee
The 25-year guarantee alone says something about how we feel about what goes into this pan.
The Pot That Makes You Look Like You Know What You Are Doing: Large Casserole Dish with Lid (5L/28cm)
A 5-litre casserole pot sounds like something only someone cooking for a crowd would need. That is not true. A big pot for a small amount of food just means you have more room to stir. And a big pot full of slow-cooked stew means you have meals ready for three or four days without extra effort.

What most people do not realize about cast iron is the weight. A 5 litre cast iron casserole when full of stew is genuinely difficult to lift safely especially for anyone with wrist issues. We built the same thing out of cast aluminum. Our Masterclass casseroles come out around 70% lighter than equivalent cast iron. You feel that difference immediately when you pick one up.
- Self-basting lid with ridged underside that drips moisture back into the food instead of letting it escape as steam
- Oven safe to 200 degrees Celsius and compatible with all hob types, including induction
- Double-layer scratch-proof non-stick coating that is PFOA-free
- 25-year guarantee with sturdy side handles that make carrying a full pot much safer
Less lid lifting means less heat escaping and better results in the pot.
Same Family Different Job: Shallow Casserole Dish with Lid (4L/28cm)
The shallow casserole is the one people overlook because they already have the deep one. That is a mistake because these two do genuinely different things.
A shallow dish means more food surface is touching the base directly. When you are cooking chicken thighs, salmon or vegetables you want to brown them properly and that direct contact is what creates the colour and the crust. A deep pot walls the food in and steams it more than it sears it.

Think of it as the dish you use from the stovetop to the oven in one go. Sear the meat on the hob, then add liquid and transfer straight to the oven. One pot and one washing-up job.
- 4 litre capacity at 28cm wide which gives enough room for two to four portions without crowding
- Two layers of ultra-strong non-stick coating suitable for metal and silicone utensils
- Self-basting lid locks moisture back into the food throughout cooking
- Stainless steel base makes it induction safe and oven safe to 200 degrees Celsius
Seven Baking Tins That Fit Inside One: Smart Space Stackable Bakeware Set (7 Pieces)
The bakeware storage problem is real. Tins that do not stack properly slide around the back of a cupboard getting scratched against each other. We designed this set specifically to fix that.

All seven pieces nest together and the whole set fits into the footprint of the largest tin. The nested dimensions are roughly 41cm by 31cm by 9.5cm. That is a very small amount of shelf space for what you get.
Carbon steel is what most professional bakeries use. It conducts heat faster than glass and more evenly than thin aluminum. We use it across every piece in this set and finish each one with a non-stick coating that is BPA, PTFE, and PFOA-free.
- Includes a roasting pan, square cake tin, loaf tin, nine-hole muffin tin, large baking tray, smaller portion tray and a wire cooling rack
- Every piece is heavy-gauge carbon steel for even heat and consistent bakes
- Extended gripping lips on each tray make it easier to pull out of a hot oven safely
- The entire set was a Housewares Innovation Awards finalist and carries a 25-year guarantee
The Pan for People Who Read Ingredient Labels: Eco Induction Frying Pan with Ceramic Non-Stick
Most non-stick pans use PTFE which is the coating most people know as Teflon. PTFE is considered safe at normal cooking temperatures but starts to break down above 260 degrees Celsius. Some people are fine with that. Others prefer to avoid it entirely.

We made this pan with a ceramic coating instead. Ceramic is made from inorganic minerals and does not release fumes at any temperature you would realistically reach on a home cooktop. It is also quite hard which means it holds up well to daily use.
- No PTFE, no PFOA and no BPA anywhere in the coating or construction
- Riveted steel handle attached mechanically so it will not loosen the way glued handles do over time
- Aluminum body with an iron base makes it induction compatible without adding unnecessary weight
- Available from 24cm to 30cm with a 15-year guarantee on every size
The Underrated One: Ceramic Eco Saucepan (16cm)
Nobody talks about small saucepans. Everyone wants big, impressive pots. But if you cook regularly, you will use a small saucepan more than almost anything else in your kitchen. Heating up the soup. Making a quick pasta sauce. Warming milk. Melting butter. Cooking rice for one person.

This saucepan carries the same ceramic non-stick coating as our eco frying pan. No PTFE, no PFOA, no BPA. The aluminum body heats quickly, and the iron base makes it induction safe.
- Glass lid with a built-in steam vent that lets pressure escape gradually so nothing boils over and makes a mess
- Bakelite handle that stays cool to the touch while the pan is on the heat
- Ceramic coating is scratch-resistant and wipes clean without scrubbing
- Oven safe to 150 degrees Celsius and available in 16cm, 18cm and 20cm with a 15-year guarantee
The One That Solves a Problem You Have Every Time You Host: Professional Plate Warmer with Tealights
Cold food at a dinner table is one of those small frustrations that should not exist, but always does. Someone is still plating up in the kitchen while the first plates already on the table are going cold.

This warmer is the answer and it is simpler than you might expect. A flat carbon steel plate with two slots underneath for tealight candles. Light the candles, set the plates or dishes on top and everything stays warm until everyone is sitting down. No electricity needed.
- Flat non-stick top plate wide enough for multiple plates, a serving dish or several small bowls
- Sliding snuffer built into the base so you put candles out cleanly without blowing wax everywhere
- Side handles let you carry it from the kitchen to the table without it tipping
- Measures 33 x 17.5 x 6.5cm and comes with a 5-year guarantee. Tealights not included
Because it uses no electricity, you can use it at an outdoor table in a garden, at a campsite or at a buffet or simply at the dinner table on a Tuesday night when you need food to stay warm while everyone finds a seat.
FAQs
Do all these products actually work on induction or is that just on the packaging?
All seven genuinely work on induction. Cast aluminum on its own does not respond to induction magnetic fields but we add stainless steel or iron bases to our cookware specifically so it does. It is not a label claim without the engineering behind it.
What makes cast aluminum different from regular aluminum pans?
Regular aluminum pans are pressed or rolled from sheet metal. Cast aluminum is poured molten into a mould and set under pressure. The result is denser, more uniform and far less likely to warp or develop hot spots. It also holds heat better once it gets up to temperature which regular aluminum does not.
Is ceramic non-stick actually better than regular non-stick?
Different rather than strictly better. Ceramic coatings contain no PTFE and do not release fumes at high temperatures. PTFE coatings are considered safe up to around 260 degrees Celsius but some people prefer to avoid them. Ceramic is harder and more scratch-resistant, but sensitive to sudden temperature changes, so avoid putting a hot ceramic pan straight under cold water.
Can I use metal utensils in these pans?
Our shallow casserole with its double non-stick layer handles metal and silicone utensils. For the ceramic range and the cast aluminum frying pan, softer utensils are the safer choice long term. A wooden spoon or silicone spatula is always kinder to any non-stick surface even when the coating is technically rated as scratch-resistant.
The bakeware set seems like a lot of pieces for the price. Is the quality there?
Heavy-gauge carbon steel is the same material used in commercial bakeries. We use it across all seven pieces in this set. The non-stick coating is double-layered and chemical-free. It was shortlisted for a Housewares Innovation Award, not for being affordable but for the stacking design being genuinely clever.
Why does the plate warmer carry a shorter guarantee than the pans?
The plate warmer is carbon steel heated passively by candles. It does not have a multi-layer non-stick coating under repeated high heat stress. A 5-year guarantee on a product like this reflects the simpler nature of how it works, not the quality of what it is made from.
Is a 25-year guarantee on non-stick cookware realistic?
We only offer it because we built it. A 25-year non-stick guarantee means the construction has to support the coating long term. The cast aluminum body prevents warping which is one of the main reasons non-stick coatings fail early on cheaper pans. We have been making kitchen equipment since 1850. We do not attach guarantees to products we are not confident in.
A Note Before You Decide
You do not need all seven. Most kitchens only need two or three good pieces of cookware to handle everything. If you cook daily, start with the cast aluminum frying pan. If you cook big batches or slow meals, add one of the casserole dishes. If you bake at all, the stackable set earns its shelf space quickly.
Everything we make is built to be bought once. That is the only way a 25-year guarantee makes sense for us.
